By placing an order with High Society Boutique, you are agreeing to accept the following terms and conditions.

Shipping

All items will be shipped within two business days from the receipt of payment, excluding holidays. All Domestic Orders will ship USPS Priority.  All International Orders will ship FedEX/DHL. For domestic orders we charge a flat rate of $10 for 1 item plus $2.50 for each additional item added to the customers shopping cart and $60 for all international orders or custom rate depending on international destination. 

Please note: A Signature is required upon delivery of all orders. If your order is not intercepted with a signature, you order could be returned back to us. The customer will be responsible for further shipping costs for returned orders. 

Delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to several other factors including customs clearance, weather, product availability and credit card authorization.

Tracking information is provided on all U.S. and CA orders. Only International orders shipped with FedEx or DHL will have tracking numbers provided.  

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days of the order confirmation. 

Terms and Conditions Note:

High Society Boutique is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses given by the customer. Please be sure to give complete and correct mailing addresses upon checkout.

We are not responsible for lost of stolen packages. We are pleased to assist with the carrier information for your shipment. However, once an order has been tracked and shows delivered and/or signature has been provided as receipt, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that have been stolen/lost or mismanaged. 

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.  It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in some occasions customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Returns

Our goal is for our customers to be fully satisfied with their order. We want to make sure you feel good and are happy about your purchase. For that reason, we will gladly accept the timely return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship, or products that do not fit.

The returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in the same condition as it was delivered to you. The returned merchandise must also be in its original packaging. Used merchandise cannot be returned.

Returned items must be received by us within 7 days from receipt (as defined when our carrier delivers the merchandise to your address) for STORE CREDIT only. We do not issue refunds.

Merchandise purchased on SALE is FINAL and no store credit will be issued.

Please specify the reason you are returning your merchandise when you ship it back to us. To complete and make your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your order number in the return package and email us for a return code /mailing address.

As we are a small business, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning item that are not final sale.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
